Inspection Agreement

We do require a signed inspection agreement prior to conducting any inspections.  You will receive a copy of our inspection agreement when you schedule your inspection.  Payment is due at the time of inspection unless prior arrangements have been made(cash, visa, mc, check). We do offer billing through escrow at no additional charge but a credit card is required to be kept on file.
